• How can I send my Britelite / Vinverth product for service?

Britelite / Vinverth products can be handed over to any authorized service centre (refer service centre locator for list of service centres)

• How can I send my Britelite / Vinverth product if the service centre is far away from my place?

Britelite / Vinverth products can be sent for service through any branch of Jupiter Couriers on payment of a nominal charge. The unit can be sent to the service centre through any other courier service, at places where Jupiter Couriers is not operating.

• Will there be any charge for servicing my Britelite / Vinverth product?

The service will be free of charge while the unit is covered under warranty and if the unit is not tampered with. If the service is chargeable, the matter will be intimated to the customer

• Is proof of purchase necessary for getting warranty service of my Britelite / Vinverth product?

Proof of purchase is not mandatory for service of Britelite / Vinverth product. But, the Customer is liable to produce proof of purchase upon request by any authorized service centre authorities.

• What is the warranty period of Britelite and Vinverth Products?

Britelite Sentinel series Aircraft Aluminum rechargeable flashlights

Flashlight casing – Entire life term of the original registered owner.

Switch – Entire life term of the original registered owner.

Recharging module located within the flashlight – entire life term of the original registered owner.

Reflector – Entire life term of the original registered owner

Lens – Entire life term of the registered owner

Tail cap spring – Entire life term of the registered owner.

LED Lamp Module - Entire life term of the original registered owner (will cover defects from normal use only)

Buzzer module (For Britelite Buzzer LED Models) – 2 years from the date of manufacturing

Recharging adapter – 1 year from the date of purchase

Battery Pack – 6 months from the date of purchase / 1000 charging cycles whichever comes first

Switch Seal and Switch Seal Lock – No warranty being a consumable part.

Rubber Sleeve – No warranty being a consumable part.

‘O’ Ring – No warranty being a consumable part.

Britelite warrants to the original registered owner that this Britelite Sentinel series Aircraft Aluminum Rechargeable Flashlight System is free from defects in parts and workmanship.

In any country or jurisdiction where specific limitations are placed on limited lifetime warranties, Britelite will honor a 10-year Limited Warranty. Britelite or an authorized Britelite Warranty Service Center will repair the flashlight or other system component or, at its option, replace a defective flashlight or other system component free of charge. This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties and
conditions, express or implied.
Exclusions: This warranty does not cover bulb burnout, deterioration of consumable parts such as switch seal, rubber sleeve and ‘O’ ring or damage to or failure of the system or any component thereof due to alteration, tampering, product misuse, lack of maintenance or leakage of rechargeable battery pack. (Product misuse includes, but is not limited to, installing any non-rechargeable battery or any rechargeable battery pack other than a Britelite battery pack, using an incompatible charging adaptor, using the product for other than its normal purposes). Repairs performed by non- authorized service workshops will invalidate the warranty.

RechargingAdaptor - 1 year from the date of purchase

“O” Ring – 6 months from the date of purchase

Battery Pack – Six Months from the date of purchase

Recharging Adaptor – One year from the date of purchase

“O” Ring – Six Months

As to all other spares, the warranty lasts for the life of the original registered owner.

In any country or jurisdiction where specific limitations are placed on limited lifetime warranties, Britelite will honor a 10 year limited warranty. • How can I get my Britelite / Vinverth product after service?

Britelite / Vinverth products will be delivered back to the nearest Hub of Jupiter Couriers after service. The unit can be returned back to the customer through any other courier of their choice, if Jupiter Courier does not have service arrangements. The customer has to pay the courier charges in advance for this service.

• What is “Limited Lifetime warranty”?

Britelite Limited Lifetime Warranty is applicable for Lamp and Body of all LED flashlights from the date of manufacture.. This warranty is applicable for a period of ninety years.

• Should i send the accessories along with the product for service?

Britelite flashlights are accepted for service only when the unit is sent along with accessories (adaptor / battery pack). This is for assuring proper diagnosis and error free service

• What is the time taken to get my Britelite / Vinverth product serviced?

The Britelite / Vinverth product will be serviced and returned to the customers preferred hub in seven days time.

• What are the warranty policies of Britelite / Vinverth Products?

a. The unit should not be opened or tampered with
b. The unit should be within the warranty period (for free service)
